OUR POLICY'S



Due to the rising cost of products and staff availability we are requesting a small deposit for all colouring, lash services  & Aesthetics services, this charge will be deducted from the service on the day.

CANCELLATIONS


All cancellations within 48hrs prior to treatment are subject to 50% of the service charge, if cancellation is made on the day of the treatment full payment will be required.No further booking will be taken without deposit. 


NO SHOWS
If you fail to arrive to your appointment then a deposit will be required for all future appointments.

PATCH TESTING 
All new clients must have a patch test for any colouring , bleaching , tinting , lashes extensions, waxing and spray tan services, and this must be repeat after 6 months or if you have had covid. This does NOT mean testing in another salon, it must be with our salon for our products.

ID 
In the lucky event you look younger than you are we ask you for ID for certain treatments , this is to protect you as much as us.

Complaints
In the very unlikely event you are not happy with the service or treatment you receive please let us know on the day , if you prefer  contact the management with 24hrs, after this time scale no offers or refunds will be issued.   

POLITE NOTICE


Please can we ask when you arrive for your appointment you do not bring lots of family or friends with you , as we are limited on space and seating to make our salon safe & welcoming for our clients if these could be kept to a minimum we would appreciate it.                                                                                   


Prices Please be aware ALL our treatments prices are inclusive of VAT.
